Circh collects the first name, last name, company name, work email, and optional phone number you submit on our waitlist forms to verify your email (double opt-in), sync confirmed signups to our CRM, and contact you about early access, product updates, and related cybersecurity communications.

We do not sell waitlist data. Pending signups that are never verified may be removed. You can request removal at any time by emailing privacy@circh.ai.

When we connect a production email and storage provider, this page will be updated with the processor name, retention details, and any additional rights that apply in your region.
